This model is available as a static incinerator or mobile system.
Suited for smaller pig operations such as finishing farms, full access to the main chamber ensures users can load the machine via skid loaders and tractor buckets.
The AIS 033 Cyclone is recognized for also being able to deal with other animal-by-products generated across the agricultural sector including; Poultry, Ewes, Lambs, Game Farms, Estates, Butchers and Farm shops, and is ideal for those looking for a quick, effective and bio-secure animal-by-product incineration solution.
Access to the main chamber is via a Top Loading counterbalance lid.
PLC timer controls with automatic burner shut off function and fast ignition burners. One temperature-controlled burner in the main chamber and one in the secondary chamber.

Load capacity of up to 728 lbs.

Easy to load via a slide Open/Close lid located on the top of the incinerator, giving full access to a large main burning chamber. Manual operation as standard or upgrade to the automated Lid.
Fully programmable touch screen HMI control panel with automatic burner shut off function and fast ignition burners. Four burners are in the main chamber, with one above the grate bars and three below. One additional burner is in the secondary chamber.
With a *High burn rate of up to 1147 Ibs per hour and a loading capacity of 4190 lbs, this allows for the Bio-secure, regular disposal of large quantities of waste in the shortest time possible.
